- As usual all programs include a file that contains new information that
- is not in the manual, so to be consistent, here is ours.
-
- (Manual with the cover printed in red.)
- First we would like to point out that all the page numbers in the index
- are off by one. When you find something in the index please add one to
- the page number or else you will go nuts trying to find it.
-
- The following command line function was omitted (whoops).
- ---------------------------------------------------------
- /F#### Allows the user to specify what information should be displayed in
- the file list at startup. The four number (or pound) signs each
- hold a place for a 1 or a 0, indicating whether or not the given
- option is on or off. The list of file options is as follows:
- /F1??? Display file extension (default=0)
- /F?1?? Display image resolution (default=0)
- /F??1? Display number of bits per pixel (default=0)
- /F???1 Display file size (default=1)
-
- The following changes have been made to GDS.
- --------------------------------------------
- The F11/F12 keys adjust the hue of the image.
-
- The "AUTO, /vgacard" commands no longer have to be in the GDS.CFG file.
- They can be in the GDSUSER.CFG where they belong.
-
- All command line options will now override options that have been
- defined in either ".CFG" file (as it should be).
-
- All command line slide show options have been enabled in the free "demo"
- version starting with release 1.11. This was done to respond to many
- request from users that wanted to distribute disks with images.
-
-
- Pro Version Only .............
- --------------------------------------------
- /=Axxxxx Sets default ICB segment (decimal). Example "/=A56320"
- defines segment address D000 hex.
-
- /Jx Selects type of image capture. x = 0 Epson (default),
- 1 = Jovian, 2 = Microtek, 3 = Microtek Slides.
-
- Please see GDSUSER.CFG for additional scanner options.
-
- The Profesional version is designed to be a full function scanning
- package and sells for $249 including shipping.

- This list does not propose to be in any logical order and if
- we have left out anyone, it must be a "computer error" <grin>.
